What is a bitcoin mixer?

Bitcoin comes with a notable weakness – every transaction remains visible on the blockchain and can be followed. The purpose of a Bitcoin mixer is to shuffle users’ coins so that such tracing becomes, if not downright unfeasible, then extremely laborious and drawn out in time. Classic Bitcoin tumblers, though, often underperform in this area: they generally swallow coins regardless of their history and can wind up forwarding these risky funds from one customer straight to another.

In contrast to those mixing services, our “Complete anonymity” mode comes with a built-in cleansing layer. Once activated, it kicks off a mixing workflow whose end result is that you receive vetted coins with a clean history, taken from major stock exchanges.

How to use the mixer?

Go with whichever entry point you deem safe and practical:

A detailed, step-by-step guide to working with our Bitcoin mixer is ready for you – have a look here.

What is the cost of mixing and how long does it take to have my Bitcoins cleansed?

The mixer supports two operating modes:

Get 10% off, if you submit a request for mixing through our telegram bot @mmm5btc_bot

Our commission is picked at random, yet it never steps outside the pre-defined boundaries.
Note! Mixing only begins once the system registers the first confirmation of the incoming transfer.

How many transfer confirmations should there be before the mixing starts? Can this be sped up?

Just one Bitcoin-network confirmation is required on our end. Regrettably, we have no levers to make this step faster. A transaction with a generous miner fee is usually confirmed within 5-20 min. Transfers sent with an excessively low miner fee, on the other hand, can drag on for days. You are free to simply wait until your transaction is confirmed or invoke a transaction accelerator.

I accidentally closed my browser. What will happen to my money?

If the Bitcoins have already been delivered to the mixer, they will return to you within the interval defined by your letter of guarantee and the rules of the chosen mixing mode. If, however, your coins never actually reached our wallet, mixing simply will not kick off and your funds stay exactly where they were. In that scenario, feel free to submit a fresh mixing request.

How long does the generated address for transfer remain valid?

The generated transfer address stays operational for 7 days (168 hours). Any transfer executed past that window will be rejected. Please be sure to stick to this timeframe.

Do you store any logs?

We keep no logs. Every bit of data connected to your mixing request is erased 24 hours after cleansing completes. The sole record that you ever engaged with our mixing service is the letter of guarantee we issue to you.
To push your anonymity level even higher, reach the service via our Tor mirror.

What are the maximum and minimum transfer amounts?

The smallest transfer we accept is 0,001 btc (this is also the exclusive amount available to free trial users). Any transfer that falls below that threshold will be counted as a donation. Per single request, the upper limit is 1 BTC in the “Mixer” mode and 50 btc in the “Complete anonymity” mode.

Why should I trust you with my money? What is a letter of guarantee?

Any potential disputes and unexpected hiccups are handled via PGP-signed letters of guarantee. Such a guarantee letter captures every condition of the cleansing offer, together with our PGP signature. Verifying the authenticity of this document is simple, while forging it is effectively impossible.

Any PGP client combined with our public key is sufficient to validate your letter of guarantee. A comprehensive instruction is published here.
If anything about your request seems off, send over your letter of guarantee to us.
When it comes to the payout of cleansed money to your receiving address(es), the blockchain will always provide irrefutable evidence as to whether the transfer actually took place.

To evaluate the quality of cleansing delivered in the “Complete anonymity” mode, follow this instruction.

I did’t receive my money back. What do I do?

Take a deep breath! Start by looking up your transfer on blockchain.info – confirm that you actually dispatched the money to the correct input address. If there is clear proof of a successful transfer, yet the funds still have not landed on your forward-to address(es), contact us and attach your letter of guarantee. We will do everything we can to sort the issue out promptly. Whenever a delay is our fault due to a service failure, the commission is waived. Some of our technical setbacks have stemmed from large-scale DDoS attacks on blockchain.

I got a suspicious message from a mixer in Telegram acting as Mixer.money

Heads up! Over on Telegram, clones and con artists are posing as us:

  • @mmm5btcbot – fake
  • @mmm5btc_bot_admin – fake
  • @MixerMoney_bot – fake

They bear no connection to Mixer.money . The whole scheme hinges on persuading you to push your Bitcoins straight to them — supposedly because their route is “safer, cheaper and more effective”.

Please bear in mind that Mixer.money runs as a fully automated Bitcoin tumbler. Nobody on our side accepts mixing orders or payments by hand.

Those counterfeit bots have clearly been stitched together with a free bot-builder tool – a single glance is enough to tell. Should one of them send you a letter of guarantee, the drill is obvious – instantly run a verification using I got a suspicious message from a mixer in Telegram acting as Mixer.money. Should they forward you a letter of guarantee, you know the procedure — immediately validate its authenticity via this instruction. Do not transfer any coins – you are 100% guaranteed never to see them again.

The most secure route to our mixing service is via the links placed on our site or across our social-media channels. If any message gives off a scam vibe, do not hesitate to contact us.
