How many transfer confirmations should there be before the mixing starts? Can this be sped up?

Just one Bitcoin-network confirmation is required on our end. Regrettably, we have no levers to make this step faster. A transaction with a generous miner fee is usually confirmed within 5-20 min. Transfers sent with an excessively low miner fee, on the other hand, can drag on for days. You are free to simply wait until your transaction is confirmed or invoke a transaction accelerator.

I accidentally closed my browser. What will happen to my money?

If the Bitcoins have already been delivered to the mixer, they will return to you within the interval defined by your letter of guarantee and the rules of the chosen mixing mode. If, however, your coins never actually reached our wallet, mixing simply will not kick off and your funds stay exactly where they were. In that scenario, feel free to submit a fresh mixing request.

How long does the generated address for transfer remain valid?

The generated transfer address stays operational for 7 days (168 hours). Any transfer executed past that window will be rejected. Please be sure to stick to this timeframe.

Do you store any logs?

We keep no logs. Every bit of data connected to your mixing request is erased 24 hours after cleansing completes. The sole record that you ever engaged with our mixing service is the letter of guarantee we issue to you.

What are the maximum and minimum transfer amounts?

I did’t receive my money back. What do I do?
