How many transfer confirmations should there be before the mixing starts? Can this be sped up?

How long does the generated address for transfer remain valid?

Every generated deposit address has a lifespan of 7 days (168 hours) — no more, no less. Any payment that arrives past this window will be automatically discarded by the system. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on this timer and avoid sending funds once the 7-day cap is over.

Do you store any logs?

I did’t receive my money back. What do I do?

First of all — do not panic. Begin with a quick audit on blockchain.info to make sure your payment really went to the input address that the system had issued you. If the blockchain clearly shows the transfer as completed, yet the coins still have not hit your forward-to address(es), ping us and attach the letter of guarantee. We will do everything we can to investigate and sort it out promptly. Whenever the delay is caused by a fault on our side, the fee will not be charged at all.
